Our newest endeavor in experimental winemaking began with four bourbon barrels gifted to us by Black Button Distilling of Rochester, NY.  After aging a few short months in those barrels, our estate-grown Lemberger expresses rich flavors of mocha, cedar, and vanilla, along with the smooth finish associated with a fine glass of bourbon.
